E³ mentor/student teams are established to facilitate a safe, open environment that provides an educational opportunity beyond the classroom walls, while fostering deep learner satisfaction and engagement. Each team works from a shared Google doc to schedule meeting times, reflect on progress and brainstorm ideas, allowing for teacher/parent progress monitoring and collaborative input.
